Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for VT Planner subscriptions and purchases.

VT Planner is a web-based platform for elevator traffic analysis, simulation, alternative comparison, and technical report preparation.
1. First purchase refunds
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription or purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction.
Refund requests are reviewed based on account activity, billing history, and the nature of the issue reported.
2. Subscription cancellations
Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically generate a refund for previous billing periods.
3. Renewals and billing errors
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where there has been a billing error.
If you believe a renewal was charged in error, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Custom services
Fees for custom services, onboarding, implementation support, consulting, or project-specific work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Paddle payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, billing support, and handles returns.
6. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@vtplanner.com with the email address used for purchase, your company name, and a short description of the issue.
